Webrageous, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a Virtual Director of PPC to oversee client accounts and manage a team of Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results for clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that PPC campaigns are optimized for maximum performance.
• Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of PPC strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance and discuss strategy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPC advertising.
• Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Certification in Google Ads or Bing Ads is a plus.
• Must be willing to use screen sharing tools such as screen monitoring tools for daily operations.
