About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join its Fund Finance Private Capital team, with a focus on Private Capital Fund Accounting and Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including working with implementation teams on new business and fund launches, reviewing fund documents from a finance perspective, determining commitment sizes, and overseeing the issuance of fund NAV and capital account statements. The role also involves participating in management-level meetings, attending client due diligence, and ensuring the fund's compliance with operating agreement terms. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 5-15 years' of financial services or asset management accounting and operations experience, and a passion for innovative technology. Applicants for this role at the company should be well-versed in fund administration and operations, with experience in alternative investments being a plus. A background in financial services or asset management accounting and operations is essential, and progress towards an advanced degree or professional designation such as an MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA is also advantageous. The role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
