Job Description & RequirementsShift: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 23:00) \n\nDescription: LTC/Assisted Living LPN - Seattle, WA-\nStart Date: ASAP- \nShift: 5x8s Eves, Tues-Sat (1430-2300)- \nRatios: 1:15-25- \nYears of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required- First-Timers Accepted: No- \nWeekend REQ: Every Saturday- \nCerts REQ: CPR/FA- \nIs On-Call REQ?: No- \nWill this traveler need to float between like units?: No- \nOpen to accommodating block schedule?: No- \nLocals Accepted: Yes\n\nPending License Accepted: Yes (license required upon start)- \n\nRTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: \n\nFacility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)Special Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.- Quick MAR experience preferred but not required Daily Responsibilities- Responsible for medication administration of LN cart that consists of insulin/glucose monitoring. Works in connection with RN on staff 20 hours/wk and Elder Place medical team.- Must complete end-of-shift report and also fax/call resident concerns to Elde rplace medical team daily as needed.- Responsible for giving timely medications and accurate documentation in the MAR.
