We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy. In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with children to help them develop essential skills and reach their full potential.

What you'll do:

Implement personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Collect and record data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment plans.
Effectively communicate with parents/guardians and other members of the care team.
Attend and successfully complete all required trainings.
Maintain the RBT credential throughout employment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred).
At least 18 years old.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use technology for data collection and communication.
Current valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Successful completion of background checks (including state and federal).
CPR certification.
Possess or obtain the RBT credential within 30 days of orientation and maintain it throughout employment.
