Job Details
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior project management role.
Proven experience managing light industrial design build projects.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
