The Senior Developer (UKG Pro WFM) is responsible for leading Kronos projects and contributing to all phases of implementation, from discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing to go-live support. A member of the team that defines, configures/develops, tests, analyzes, and maintains WFC and WFM applications (Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling, Attestation, Activities). Provide directions to and review work of team members around configuration and interfaces. Responsible for working with business partners to gather, document requirements and configure solutions within the time & pay domain.
