Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): The BCBA Role creates and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, utilize applied behavior analysis techniques, and assist with crisis management. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation. This position also offers the opportunity to supervise RBTs within a classroom environment.
