Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including annual wellness exams.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license.
Board certified (ANCC/AANP).
Current and unrestricted DEA certificate.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
2+ years of direct patient care experience.
Experience conducting annual wellness visits or similar comprehensive visits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
