• Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms. Assist in managing content calendars and creating SEO-friendly content to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the company’s LinkedIn account, including creating posts, scheduling content, and engaging with the audience. Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• SEO and Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve the company’s organic search rankings. Support the team in on-page optimization, link-building efforts, and identifying opportunities to enhance online visibility.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising and content marketing. Help coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
• Creative Design Assistance: Assist in creating basic graphic design assets for digital marketing, such as social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials. Preferred: Experience with tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Midjourney.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and manage marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches. Assist with event logistics and the preparation of marketing collateral.
• Market Research and Analysis: Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support the development of marketing strategies.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns. Help prepare reports and presentations that summarize key performance metrics and campaign outcomes.

• Must be able to work without work authorization sponsorship for now as well as in future.
• Must be able to work on-site without accommodation and transportation assistance.
• Must be 18 yr + and enrolled in and working towards a degree in Communication/ Marketing/ Creative writing with a GPA above 2.5 of 4.0 scale. 
• Exposure to Digital Marketing / content writing / Graphic Designing . 
• Entry level understanding of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and graphic designing tools. 
• Strong organizational, analytical and communications skills. 
• Strong data gathering, and analysis skills.
