Responsibilities

As an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will play a crucial role in generating new leads and expanding our current customer base. We are looking for motivated, self-directed individuals who thrive in a dynamic sales environment. This is a commission-based position, offering great potential for earnings based on your success.

To excel in this role, you need a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, coupled with superb interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Proactively identify and pursue potential customers to grow our client base.
• Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
• Negotiate Contracts: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients.
• Coordinate Sales Efforts with Marketing Programs: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
• Prepare Paperwork: Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain Client Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and new inventory to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.

Agricultural Equipment Salesperson Qualifications

Qualifications:
